More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, and sports-specific training. You can choose from a wide array of existing training options, or you can customize your own.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.
OUR PLANS & PRICING
I offer 4,8 and 12 weeks of diet and training programs. Below are the details:
The Training plan includes setting up your workout routine according to your schedule (4,5,6days/week) so you can hit each body part at least once. If you have any weak body parts I’ll pay extra attention to those and set feeder workouts for those body parts. Plan also includes an exact number of sets, repetitions, rest time between sets and full-body stretching moves, core(abs) routine, cardio routine depending on your goals.
Diet plan includes setting up a meal plan and Supplement plan according to your body weight, age, height, body type and daily routine (3,4,5 meals/day). It also includes the exact portions of foods you like. It will be fully customized to your goal. I will keep a close eye on your progress and make adjustments that I feel will benefit your body specifically. There will be weekly check-ins where I ask you to send me your body weight and progress pictures.
